In order to install the Synoptics Technical Source, execute the setup
program setup.exe from the windows run prompt.  The installation will require
6MB of disk storage on your hard drive. 

The syntax for executing the setup program is described below.
                d:\setup

where "d:" represents the drive to which the CD-ROM has been assigned.

An alternate method for invoking the setup procedure is to double 
click on the setup.exe residing on the CD-ROM.

The STS program can be invoked by double-clicking on the icon in the program group 
folder for STS.

This application requires a 386 cpu or greater, 4mbs of memory, 256 colors, 
and a 150kbs CD-ROM drive.  In order to View or Print documents the user must 
have Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word installed on their system.
